The Function Pilates Teacher Training Program is designed to prepare students for the growing Pilates industry through a combination of anatomy, exercise programming, posture assessment, teaching methodology, and real-world experience. Students learn how to customize workouts based on client goals, injuries, limitations, and posture while developing the skills needed to teach both private sessions and group classes.

Payment plans begin on date of enrolment.

We recommend at least 15 hours of Pilates experience with a certified instructor, but it is not required.

Most students complete the program within 6– 12 months depending on their schedule and consistency. Students have up to one year to complete all requirements.

Yes. Certificates are issued after all hours, assignments, testing requirements, and financial obligations have been completed. Certificates will be mailed out 7-10 business days after full program completion.

Yes. Students may upgrade their program as their goals evolve. Downgrades are not available.
