The Function Pilates Teacher Training Program is designed to prepare students for the growing Pilates industry through a combination of anatomy, exercise programming, posture assessment, teaching methodology, and real-world experience. Students learn how to customize workouts based on client goals, injuries, limitations, and posture while developing the skills needed to teach both private sessions and group classes.

  • Full Comprehensive Certification

    ADVANCED/CAREER TRACK

    • Best For: Those pursuing a career in Pilates

    • Approximate Total Hours: 450

    • Includes Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and Spine Corrector

    • Eligible for NCPT exam

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Complete all required hours

  • Submit required assignments

  • Pass written exam (80% minimum)

  • Pass practical exam (7/10 exercises minimum)

  • Complete Special Populations Paper (if applicable)

  • Teach a 50-minute intermediate private session for final evaluation
