TRAIN THE METHOD

The Formery is built on a Pilates foundation.

Most classes are rooted in FORM — our signature Pilates-based format using the reformer, tower, and traditional apparatus to develop control, alignment, and precision.

From that foundation, the method expands to include strength training, conditioning, and recovery — creating a complete system when and if your training calls for it.

You can train within Pilates alone. Or you can build beyond it.

class format overview

  • FORM (Level I / II / III)

    control. alignment. precision.

  • BUILD

    strength. load. resistance.

  • PUSH

    conditioning. endurance. output.

  • RESET

    recovery. mobility. restoration.

A SYSTEM OF PROGRESSION.

This is not a menu of classes. This is a system of progression — and each class plays a role.

Your training is not random. It is formulated. Our team uses your goals, experience, and movement profile to guide how you move through the method — whether that means building a foundation in FORM, increasing strength through BUILD, or progressing into higher output training with PUSH.

As your body adapts, your training evolves. Your structure changes. Your focus shifts. The method moves with you.

A METHOD THAT EXPANDS WITH YOU

  • FORM (Level I / II / III)

    PILATES REFINED.

Full-body Pilates training using the reformer, tower, and apparatus, supported by small props. Expect intentional sequencing, controlled tempo, and a focus on how your body moves, not just that it moves. This is the foundation of the method, and where most clients spend the majority of their time.

  • BUILD

    STRENGTH, INTEGRATED.

A strength-focused format that layers heavier resistance and progressive overload onto Pilates principles. Expect slower sets, muscle fatigue, and a focus on building strength that supports your movement.

  • PUSH

    Output, elevated.

A higher-intensity format designed to challenge stamina and cardiovascular capacity through intervals, circuits, and dynamic sequencing. May include jumpboard and faster-paced transitions.

  • RESET

    RECOVERY, INTENTIONAL.

A slower, restorative format focused on mobility, breath, and recovery. Designed to support your training and help your body reset between higher-intensity work.
